acknowledge I am volunteering for the Bay Area BBQ Championship as a food category judge. I assume all risk of involvement in the activities involved in my duties. I agree to waive any liability from Alternative Family Services, KCBS, the Oakland A's, the City of Oakland, Alameda County and all officers, employees, volunteers, representatives, sponsors and partners for the death, injury, property loss, or damage of/to myself. This waiver and release of Liability and Indemnity Agreement shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver the maximum extent permissible under law. The undersigned certifies he/she has read this document, understands its contents and has voluntarily signed this Waiver and Release of Liability.

Photo/Video Release: Any photos taken by the event host become the property of Alternative Family Services, and may be used for promotional purposes. I will not be compensated for any photos/videos from the Bay Area BBQ Championship at any time.
